*NOTE: Exhibit rates include one skirted 6'-table and chair. Additional items and services can be ordered through the exhibit service kit, which will be emailed to exhibitors. 



Exhibitor Set Up: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17, 2018 

Opening Kickoff: 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. on Monday

Exhibit Show Hours: 10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday (12/18) & 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday (12/19)

Exhibitor Break Down: 4:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. on Wednesday (12/19)
