The CDC estimates that 25% of children under age 5 are at risk for developmental and behavioral problems, resulting in 1 million kids entering school with an undiagnosed disability every year. This presentation will review how innovation and technology can be used to increase parent engagement and yield better outcomes in child development. Best practices in measurement and systems will be reviewed in addition to a case study conducted in 2017.
