The wide range of Head Start supports to families contributes enormously to the program's success as a multi-generational initiative. One of the most important of these comprehensive services is building the workforce in high-demand areas through job and career training and support. This session will present a deeper look at the ways Head Start supports workforce opportunities for families that include strong advancement and compensation components, while benefiting children's learning too.
