Cancellations
A cancellation fee of $75 per registration, or a maximum of $150 per organization, is assessed for cancellations received through September 17, 2018. After September 17, 2018, no cancellations or refunds are given, but substitutions are accepted with written notification. You may view the full Cancellation Refund and Substitution Policy. Send notifications of cancellations and substitutions to cancellation@nhsa.org.
